Atmosphere in The Sendang Duwur Mosque

    Site of the tomb of Sunan Sendang Duwur increasingly crowded visitors. Queen Kalinyamat is son of Sultan Trenggono from Demak Bintoro kingdom. Her husband named Raden Thoyib (Sultan Hadlirin Soho) grandson of Raden Muchayat. Syech Sultan of Aceh when was appointed regent of Jepara, Raden Thoyib was not forgot convey the religion of Islam. So the magnificent mosque built on its territory in 1531 C.e. Many scholars then amazed on the beauty and grandeur of the mosque.

          After that Sunan Drajat ordered Sunan Sendang Duwur to go to Jepara to ask about the mosque. But, Mbok Rondo Mantingan says, “Hi handsome boy , understand , I’ll not sell this mosque. But, my husband instruct anyone who can move the mosque was once intact without the help of others (in one night), this mosque i 'm going to give free.
